“You”, “Your”, “Member” refers to any person who accesses our website or purchases our services.
“Services” refers to all courses, programs, certifications, community features, and content provided through our platform.
“Platform” refers to our website at asheyaalchemy.com and associated applications.
“Content” refers to all materials including videos, audio, text, images, and downloadable resources.
“Enrolment Credits” refers to the credit system used to unlock curriculum content.
By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Copyright Disclaimer, and Cookie Policy.
We may modify these terms to reflect changes in law, our services, or business practices. When we make changes:
We will not make changes that materially reduce the core services included in your membership tier during your paid subscription period, except as required by law.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
To access our services, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your credentials, but will work with you to secure your account.

Enrolment credits unlock curriculum modules. Monthly and Annual members receive 4 credits per month. Founding Members have unlimited credits. Fast Track Premium members have 6 credits. Credits remain valid while your membership is active but do not carry over if membership lapses and is later renewed.
Payment is processed through Stripe and/or PayPal or by Direct Debit (on request). By providing payment information, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees. Monthly memberships renew on the same date each month; Annual memberships renew on the anniversary date. You may cancel before the renewal date to prevent automatic charges.
We may change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice. Price increases will not affect your current subscription period but will apply upon renewal. Founding Member pricing is locked at the time of purchase.

Monthly: No refunds for partial months. Cancel anytime.
Annual: Pro-rata refund within 30 days if less than 20% of content accessed.
Founding Member: 14-day cooling-off with full refund if less than 20% of content accessed.
Certifications: Full refund before attunement; no refund after attunement is delivered.
Our services are provided for your personal, non-commercial educational use. You may access content for your own learning and development.

Members who complete our certification programs may offer services through our platform, subject to a separate Teacher Agreement. Teachers agree to maintain the standards and ethics taught in our programs and to use official Asheya Alchemy materials when delivering curriculum workshops.
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our platform are owned by Asheya Alchemy or its licensors. Please refer to our Copyright Disclaimer for detailed information.
You retain ownership of content you post (comments, forum posts, community contributions) but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and distribute your content in connection with our services. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party rights or violate laws.
Educational Purposes Only: Our services are for educational and personal development purposes only. The content is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
Spiritual and Energy Work: Our programs involve spiritual practices and energy healing modalities. These are complementary practices and are not medical treatments. They should not replace conventional medical care. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical concerns.
No Guarantees: While we strive to provide high-quality educational content, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results. Individual experiences vary.
Platform Availability: We endeavour to maintain platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance or updates with reasonable notice where practicable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Asheya Alchemy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Australian Consumer Law: Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred on you by the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, pandemics, epidemics, strikes, power outages, internet service provider failures, or cyberattacks.
If a force majeure event continues for more than 60 days, either party may terminate the agreement. In such case, we will provide a pro-rata refund for any pre-paid services not yet delivered.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Asheya Alchemy, its operators, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these terms, your violation of any third-party rights, or your wilful misconduct.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in conduct harmful to other members or our business. Where practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the breach before termination.
You may terminate your membership at any time through your account settings. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as specified in our Refund Policy.
Upon termination, your access to the platform and content will cease. Certifications you have earned remain valid. Data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation for a period of at least 30 days. Either party may initiate this process by providing written notice of the dispute.
Entire Agreement: These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Copyright Disclaimer, and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Asheya Alchemy.
Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Assignment: You may not assign your rights without our written consent. We may assign our rights to any successor or affiliate, with notice to you.
