Refund Policy

At Asheya Alchemy, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be granted. We aim to be fair and reasonable in all refund decisions.

1. Overview

We offer refunds in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and the specific terms outlined below. Our refund policy varies depending on the type of product or service purchased. All refunds are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD) to the original payment method within 7-14 business days of approval.

2. Membership Refunds

2.1 Monthly Membership ($44/month)

Cancellation: You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Refunds: No refunds for partial months. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

Enrolment Credits: Unused credits expire when membership ends and are not refundable.

2.2 Annual Membership ($440/year)

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: Request a pro-rata refund within 30 days of purchase if you have accessed less than 20% of available content.

How we calculate 20%: We count the number of course modules and lessons you have opened or marked complete. If fewer than 20% of total available lessons have been accessed, you qualify.

Pro-rata calculation: Your refund equals the annual fee minus $44 for each full month of access. Example: refund after 15 days = $440 – $44 = $396.

After 30 days: No refunds available. You may cancel to prevent automatic renewal.

2.3 Fast Track Premium Annual Membership ($660/year)

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your Fast Track Premium Annual membership, you may request a pro-rata refund within 30 days of purchase, provided you have accessed less than 20% of available content.

How we calculate 20%: We count the number of course modules and lessons you have opened or marked as complete. If you have accessed fewer than 20% of the total available lessons at the time of your refund request, you qualify for a refund.

Pro-rata calculation: Your refund equals the annual fee minus the value of full months you’ve had access. For example, if you request a refund after 15 days, you would receive $660 minus one month’s value ($55) = $605.

After 30 days: No refunds are available. You may cancel to prevent automatic renewal at the end of your annual period.

Enrolment Credits: Unused enrolment credits expire when your membership ends and are not refundable.

2.4 Founding Member ($1,997 lifetime)

Availability: Founding Memberships are limited to 25 places and are available until all places are filled or 31 December 2026, whichever occurs first. Once this offer closes, it will not be repeated.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period: Founding Members may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided less than 20% of available content has been accessed.

After 14 days: No refunds are available for Founding Memberships, as this is a lifetime access purchase.

Hardship circumstances: In cases of genuine financial hardship (such as job loss, serious illness, or family emergency), we may consider partial refunds at our discretion. To request hardship consideration, please contact us with a brief explanation of your circumstances. We treat all hardship requests confidentially and compassionately

4. Certification Product Refunds

4.1 Reiki Certifications

Reiki Level 1 ($111), Level 2 ($144),  Master ($188) and Teachers ($222) certifications include energy attunements that cannot be reversed once received.

Before attunement: Full refund available if requested before the attunement session is scheduled or delivered.

After attunement: No refund available, as the core service has been provided.

4.2 Asheya Energy Certifications

Asheya Energy Level 1 ($333), Level 2 ($444) and Level 3 Master ($555) follow the same policy as Reiki certifications.

Before attunement: Full refund available.

After attunement: No refund available.

Bundle purchases: If you have completed some levels, refund will be calculated based on the value of uncompleted levels.

4.3 Included Membership

Certification products include 3 months of membership access. If a refund is granted before attunement, any membership time used will be deducted at $44/month.

5. Workshop Refunds

More than 7 days before: Full refund or transfer to another date.

Within 7 days: 50% refund or full transfer to another date.

Within 48 hours or no-show: No refund. Transfer may be available at our discretion.

Cancellation by us: Full refund or automatic transfer to rescheduled date.

6. Personal Sessions

For 1:1 sessions booked through our platform with certified practitioners:

More than 24 hours before: Full refund or reschedule.

Within 24 hours: 50% refund or reschedule.

No-show: No refund.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at contact@asheyaalchemy.com with:

• Your full name and email address associated with your account
• Date of purchase and product/service purchased
• Reason for requesting a refund

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 7-14 business days.

8. Australian Consumer Law

This refund policy operates in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes these statutory rights.

9. Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of:

• Repeated refund requests suggesting abuse of this policy
• Evidence of downloading or copying protected content
• Violation of our Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent activity
