1. Copyright Notice

All content on this website and platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, course materials, worksheets, and software, is the property of Asheya Alchemy or its content suppliers and is protected by the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and international copyright treaties.

2. Limited Licence

Subject to your membership agreement and payment of applicable fees, Asheya Alchemy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to:

Access and view content for your personal, non-commercial educational use
Download materials specifically designated as downloadable for personal use
Print worksheets and workbooks for your own practice

This licence does not include the right to modify, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content without our express written permission.

3. Certified Teacher Materials

Members who have completed our certification programs and entered into a Teacher Agreement may be granted additional licences to:

Use official Asheya Alchemy workbooks when delivering approved workshops
Reference our curriculum in their teaching activities
Use approved marketing materials

These additional rights are subject to the terms of the Teacher Agreement and may be revoked if the agreement is terminated.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

Copy, reproduce, or duplicate any content for distribution to others
Share your account login credentials with anyone
Screen record, download, or capture video or audio content (except designated downloads)
Use any content to create competing products or services
Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
Use automated systems to access or download content
Teach our proprietary methods without certification and a valid Teacher Agreement

5. Trademarks

“Asheya Alchemy”, the Asheya logo (merkaba design), and associated branding elements are trademarks of Asheya Alchemy. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission, except as permitted for certified teachers under a valid Teacher Agreement.

6. User-Generated Content

When you post content to our forums or community spaces, you retain copyright in your original content but grant Asheya Alchemy a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with our services.

You may request removal of your community content at any time by contacting us. We will remove your content within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required for legal purposes or to maintain the integrity of community discussions.

7. Copyright Complaints

If you believe that content on our platform infringes your copyright under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth), please contact us at [EMAIL ADDRESS] with:

A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
The location of the allegedly infringing material on our platform
Your contact information (name, address, telephone, email)
