In this course, the traditional Usui system has been simplified into a format that fits our everyday lives. Instead of costly full-day workshops, we move through this material at our own pace, integrating each teaching as deeply as we need before moving forward.
In the Reiki Level One course, we explore the origins and traditions of the Usui System of Natural Healing, we awaken our sensitivity to energy, and learn to feel where we hold tension, emotion, and old patterns in the body. Receive the Reiki I Attunement and begin a 21-day self-healing practice focused on the physical body to clear, release, and restore balance to the physical body.
