Child Safety Standards
Asheya Alchemy — July 2026
Asheya Alchemy Pty Ltd (ABN 78 697 630 096) (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website asheyaalchemy.com and the Asheya Alchemy mobile app, which together provide our courses, membership community and related services. This page sets out our standards for protecting children and our zero-tolerance position on child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).
1. Who Our Platform Is For
Asheya Alchemy is a spiritual development platform created for adults. Our courses, community areas and services are intended for people aged 18 years and over, and our membership terms require all members to be adults. We do not knowingly permit children to create accounts, and we remove any account we identify as belonging to a person under 18.
2. Our Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation
We prohibit any content or conduct that sexualises, exploits, endangers or harms children. This applies across every part of our platform, including the community feed, groups, forums, comments, private messages, profiles and uploaded media. Prohibited content and conduct includes:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind, whether real, simulated, drawn or generated;
- Grooming behaviour, including any attempt to contact, befriend or manipulate a child for a sexual purpose;
- Sexualised depictions or descriptions of minors;
- Content that facilitates, promotes or normalises the abuse or exploitation of children.
Any breach of these standards results in immediate removal of the content and permanent termination of the account involved.
3. Content Moderation
Our community areas are moderated. We review reported content, remove material that breaches our standards or Terms of Service, and act on member reports promptly. Members can report content and block other members directly within the app and the website.
4. How to Report a Concern
If you see content or behaviour on our platform that concerns you, please report it straight away. You can:
Report in the app: use the report option on any post, comment, message or member profile.
Block a member: use the block option on their profile to stop all contact.
Email us: contact@asheyaalchemy.com with the subject line “Child Safety Report”.
We review all child safety reports as a priority and aim to respond within 24 hours.
5. How We Respond
When we become aware of CSAM or conduct that endangers a child, we remove the content, permanently terminate the accounts involved and report the matter to the appropriate authorities. In Australia this includes the Australian Centre to Counter Child Exploitation (accce.gov.au) and the eSafety Commissioner (esafety.gov.au). We cooperate fully with law enforcement requests relating to child safety.
6. Compliance with Law
We comply with applicable child safety laws in the jurisdictions where we operate, including Australian Commonwealth law and the Online Safety Act 2021 (Cth). Where our members are located in other countries, we cooperate with the relevant authorities in those jurisdictions.
7. Child Safety Point of Contact
Our designated child safety contact is responsible for our CSAE prevention practices and compliance with this policy:
Name: Catherine O’Hara
Email: contact@asheyaalchemy.com
